About us...
What can I expect?
When you visit us on Sunday you'll notice we're really casual and laid back. Come on in, grab some coffee and relax.
Don't fret if the music doesn't start right at 10:30... in fact, don't fret if you don't hear music till the end. What you'll usually see on a Sunday is a lot of hanging out, laughing, conversation and dare we say it - love.
Our messages are very interactive. Our pastor doesn't just preach at you. Instead, we talk out the messages together so you're not just left hearing yet another sermon and wondering how it even pertains to your life.
We do take up an offering because we have rent to pay and outreaches to fund and to be honest, it's another way we worship our God. You can also receive prayer for any needs that you have.
Who are we?
We're a group of people from all different walks of life thrown together in this wonderful thing called the Body of Christ (a.k.a. the Church); helping each other along life's journey, sharing in each other's lives and living our lives for Jesus.
We're very deliberate in building deep, meaningful relationships so that means we believe in growing small.
Our mission...
Our mission is to build a community of hope and love around Jesus Christ, one person at a time.
Our vision...
Our vision as a church is to be
Upward focused to God through living our lives in passionate worship...
This means we give God our all - our time, our money, our talents, everything.
Inward focused toward each other, in a loving community...
'Nuff said!
Outward focused to those outside the Church.
Through targeted acts of kindness, like free soda and water give aways, light bulb
give aways, turkey give aways and many other fun things that show God's love in
practical ways. These are high grace, low courage things anyone can do.
